Available Volunteering Opportunities

Teach Students English

Masoom is always looking for volunteer to teach English to Night school students and give guidance on regular basis. Volunteers can select the school where they want to teach out of the 30 schools of Masoom. Mostly English classes are conducted on weekend (Saturday) and each session spread to 2-3 hours maximum.

Mentor Students

Masoom welcomes any volunteer who are willing to mentor the students (bright or weak) for at least 1 year. Masoom encourages volunteers to understand students financial, social and emotional background to connect with students in a better way. Volunteer are encouraged to work on the students improvement area and motivate them regularly to excel in studies.

Summer Internship

Masoom welcomes individuals who would like to offer their skills and experience as intern. These internship can be of different duration and type of involvement is mutually agreed. Interns can work from home, come to office regularly or on pre-decided date and time. Masoom encouarges research and innovative work by interns and guide them explore their potential.

Student Workshops for Holistic Development

Masoom welcomes individuals who would like to hold a workshop educating students in a personal or academic development capacity. Volunteers who can speak Marathi will be preferred.

Enrollment Drive

Masoom welcomes volunteers who think out of the box to bring back students to school by using innovative techniques like street plays or other community surveys. Mostly these drives are organised and conducted during March – July every year.
